As part of our team, you will contribute to engineering of large-scale web-based applications to enable Echo's business while supporting architectural vision of quality, scalability, performance and function. Our proprietary software is created with the goal to simplify transportation for our customers and carriers, and is one of our largest competitive advantages in an ever-growing market. The RPA Developer Intern will support the Business Process Automation team. The objective of this role will be to further your insight within the discipline and utilize your academic knowledge gained in school to help understand the professional business IT field. This is a remote role.

Requirements

• Student working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology or other related IT/DT field.
• Willing to work full time hours during summers and breaks, and part time hours (around 20 hours per week) during the school year.
• Graduation date on or after May 2025.
• Zero (0) to One (1) year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support.
• Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to support strategic business process and plans.
• Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology to implement business process automations.
• Support, evaluate, and continuously improve business processes to maintain alignment with business plans.
• Perform activities accordingly to project plans and schedule.
