Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to the department of interest.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to our mission of service.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives in Human Resources.
• Learn about food service management, hospitality, and team supervision in Dining Services.
• Assist in nursing, wellness programs, and resident care in Healthcare while learning from experienced professionals.
• Participate in hands-on projects, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols in Facilities and Maintenance.
• Support social media campaigns, internal communications, and event planning in Marketing & Communications.
• Work directly with our team to support exercise programs, fitness classes, and resident wellness initiatives in Fitness and Wellness.
