About The Position

Navy Federal's Employee Relations Branch plays a vital role in linking employees and their leaders to Navy Federal's culture, company policies, and helps to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local workplace employment and disability laws. The Employee Relations Branch is comprised of three teams, the Employee Relations Team, Business Optimization Team, and Medical Accommodations Team. A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship. Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
