About The Position

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Workplace Experience Intern to join our People Team. Based in our Jersey City, NJ office, this role offers a unique opportunity to apply data analytics, AI tools, and problem-solving skills to initiatives that shape how our employees work, connect, and thrive across a distributed organization. You’ll work closely with People Team leaders and collaborate with IT, Facilities, and business leaders to analyze data, evaluate trends, and support efforts to strengthen our culture, workplace experience, and future of work strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Culture, this role is perfect for someone excited about building a career at the intersection of data, people, AI, and culture.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel required; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo), survey platforms, or statistical tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into stories that influence action.
  • A passion for people, culture, and workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with People, IT, and Facilities teams to analyze data on workplace utilization, employee engagement, and distributed work trends.
  • Leverage AI tools to analyze workforce and workplace data, identify patterns, and generate insights that inform decision-making.
  • Support the development of dashboards, surveys, and reports to measure workplace effectiveness and culture outcomes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on topics such as office usage, hybrid/remote work patterns, and collaboration effectiveness.
  • Assist with strategic projects that enhance distributed work, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Help prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership to inform decisions on workplace design and culture strategy.
  • Contribute to process improvements that improve collaboration across teams and strengthen employee experience.
