  • Assist Product Support and Warranty team in drafting service bulletins and engineering change requests
  • Participate in Quality review meetings and follow up on assigned actions with each department
  • Assisting with audits of finished trucks and provide feedback to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams
  • Assist with scanning warranty documentation
  • Assist with PDI and Warranty registration processes
  • Be currently enrolled in college level coursework for Business Administration or related field, preferably at Junior level or higher
  • Previous experience in self-motivation and leadership
  • Preferably some previous work/classroom experience in similar tasks
  • Competency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams
  • Detailed orientated and creative working style
