We are building the future of the fashion shoe ware industry, and we want you to be part of it! We are looking for an Intern to join our Global Visual Merchandising team. This team works in creating a compelling shopping environment that drives sales and profitability in the Americas market and beyond. The intern will help implement visual merchandising strategies for Crocs retail stores.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Graphic Design, Retail Studies, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in retail environments and brand storytelling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Self-starter with initiative, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Recent graduate (2026)
  • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
  • Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in-office positions

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred, Sketchup and Figma a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of seasonal visual merchandising and window guidelines.
  • Prepare shoe imagery and artwork for store mock-ups and presentation decks.
  • Support the creation and resizing of promotional assets aligned to brand priorities.
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to Crocs’ graphical standards and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in proofreading and quality control of VM and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and on-brand execution.
  • Support the build-out and refinement of store and window directives.
  • Partner with Regional Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to align design execution with seasonal marketing strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking in-store marketing production and distribution.
  • Help manage and update fixture and marketing distribution lists.
  • Support seasonal marketing shipments and retail activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies supporting in-store marketing production.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and support ongoing VM and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, presentation development, and internal documentation.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across Global and Regional teams.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage with company leaders and networking opportunities to gain insight into retail and brand
