Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university and have already completed at least one (1) internship in the music industry
  • Passionate about the music and entertainment business, and have a desire to build a career in the industry
  • Able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption
  • An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
  • You are hungry to learn and grow. You are curious, ask questions and get excited about new projects
  • A highly organized person that pays close attention to details
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with research and reporting on potential enforcement and/or licensing targets
  • Organize and maintain a log of potential/ongoing enforcement and/or licensing efforts
  • Assist with resolving claim and conflict issues in various DSP rights management tools
  • Chart share and other song-specific research as necessary involving MLC, ASCAP, BMI and PRS
  • Miscellaneous industry and market research using Luminate for management reporting
