Requirements
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a four-year degree in business, Risk Management, Insurance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
- Interest in the insurance industry and innovation.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI tools or technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with entering and clearing underwriting submissions in internal systems.
- Support policy preparation and documentation process.
- Help create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with agency licensing process.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
