Position Summary The US Pricing & Economics Summer Intern will support the development, analysis, and execution of pricing strategies for Bristol Myers Squibb's US pharmaceutical portfolio. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial operations, market access, and strategic pricing initiatives in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. In this internship you will: Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical pricing and economics Exposure to real-world market access and pricing challenges Networking with industry professionals and leaders Participation in mentorship and buddy programs Professional development workshops and career insights sessions This internship is from June 1-August 7, 2026. This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS. The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is up to $52/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job. Compensation details are subject to change.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field (graduating Fall 2026 and beyond)
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment. Please note that immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in pharmaceutical industry or in pricing, market access, and commercial operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Analysis & Strategy Assist with data collection, modeling, and analysis of pricing scenarios or forecasts for new and existing products
  • Support the preparation of pricing recommendations and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to competitive landscape assessments and benchmarking activities
  • Operational Support Maintain accurate records of pricing decisions, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Support project management tasks and follow-up actions as assigned
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with teams in Finance, Market Access, Contracting, and Analytics to provide support on pricing strategies
  • Engage in intern networking and mentorship programs to build professional relationships
