About The Position
Under the direction of the Cash Management Team Leader, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Cash Management. This role involves various responsibilities including RSA Token assignments and activations, handling business mobile banking topics, and assisting with the updating of procedures and policies. The position also requires processing daily work for Cash Management requests and assisting with monthly reporting across various Cash Management areas such as RDC, Wire, ACH, and Online Banking systems. Additionally, the role includes performing research at a supervisor's request, maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies, and participating in project teams to facilitate process improvements and system implementations.
