This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the development, organization, and management of customer-facing and internal training materials within a Professional Services organization. The intern will assist with structuring training content, tracking learning objectives, standardizing materials, and managing the status of training deliverables across multiple initiatives. This role is designed for students pursuing degrees in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design (LxD), Education Technology, or related fields who want exposure to real-world training development in a professional environment. The intern will not be expected to independently design training programs, but will instead support subject matter experts, trainers, and the LMS Manager to ensure training materials are organized, consistent, complete, and aligned to defined objectives.
