About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges. This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship). Payrate is based on completed number of years in college: o Completed freshman year by start of internship: $20.00 per hour o Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $21.00 per hour o Completed junior year by start of internship: $22.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program
  • Pursuing a degree related to the position
  • Be classified as a minimum of an entering junior or above
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship
  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidate is a junior or senior student in Organizational Development, HR, IO Psychology, or related field
  • Strong writing skills and an interest in leadership development.
  • This individual enjoys translating theory into practical tools, can work independently, and has strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Instructional & Content Development
  • Familiarity with creating learning oriented content (job aids, toolkits, playbooks)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Ability to write practical scenarios and case studies
  • Ability to organize content logically for supervisor usability

Responsibilities

  • The US T&D Intern will participate in a project to create a toolset for new and ongoing Supervisor Development.
  • Content for key areas of Supervisor training will be assembled, augmented, and then crafted into a dynamic access and reference format.
  • The intern will be involved in all aspects of content assembly from existing, reference tool/site build process using a vendor, scenario & interactive exercise development
  • If time permits, communication to introduce and utilize the resource.
  • The intern will work closely with 2 Training Team members - Sr. Manager & Sr. Training Specialist
