We are seeking a Technology Intern to help unlock insights from our Tessitura CRM and ticketing data. This role will support data exploration, modeling, and reporting to better understand patron behavior, ticket sales, donations, and marketing effectiveness. The intern will work closely with the data, marketing, and development teams to transform complex transactional data into actionable insights that support audience growth and engagement. By the end of the internship, the intern will have hands-on experience working with real-world CRM and ticketing datasets in the arts and nonprofit sector, and will be able to translate technical analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
