As an intern, you’ll be part of the Learning and Development team within the Talent Management function - a key area within Human Resources that focuses on developing employee potential, strengthening leadership capabilities, and enhancing organizational performance through targeted learning and development initiatives. Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing programs that support employees at every stage of their career. This includes Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and digital learning experiences that build critical skills and foster continuous growth. You’ll also support efforts related to Performance Management - helping to drive a culture of feedback, goal-setting, and development planning that empowers employees and leaders to achieve their best work. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in program coordination, content development, data tracking, and process improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a professional setting, contribute to real-world projects, and influence how we deliver learning and performance solutions across the organization.
