About The Position

Provides sourcing support to talent acquisition team members. Participates in intake meetings as needed. Occasionally handles requisitions to provide temporary support to other recruiters. Splits time between handling a requisition load of 0-5 positions while balancing sourcing and other talent acquisition projects and priorities. Reviews and screens candidates prior to submitting for further review. Schedules screens and interviews for hiring managers and/or talent acquisition team members as needed. Extends job offers via the applicant tracking system and initiates background checks and drug screens. Ensures professional communication and timely follow-through with talent acquisition team members, hiring managers, and candidates. Utilizes Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or other sourcing tools to develop and manage sourcing efforts and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress.
• Experience working with MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience customer service experience preferred.
