About The Position
About the Role Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support the company's hiring needs. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and HR operations. Your Responsibilities Support job posting and advertisement on various platforms Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups Maintain and update applicant tracking systems Participate in recruitment events and career fairs Support onboarding and new hire documentation Help coordinate and manage activities for the summer student program Serve as a point of contact for summer interns and facilitate their integration
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring
- Proficiency in social media and digital recruiting tools
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to develop HR skills
