Job Details We are seeking Human Resources Interns to participate in a dynamic rotational program, working on meaningful projects with various HR teams, including Recruiting and Selection, Talent Development, and Learning. These assignments are designed to address Haemonetics’ current business needs and provide valuable, hands-on experience. The internship begins as early as January 2026 on a part-time basis and transitions into a full-time 2026 Haemonetics Intern Cohort from June 1 to August 21, 2026. The initial focus will be on Talent Acquisition Operations, where you will help improve scheduling processes and enhance the candidate experience by collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient hiring operations. You will also support candidate scheduling and on-site interviews, while contributing to employer branding initiatives through social media engagement and developing partnerships with local and national organizations across multiple locations. As the program progresses, you will have the opportunity to work on additional Talent Management projects based on business priorities, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR functions and strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical aptitude to learn new systems and utilize alternative systems to improve processes
  • Comfort with utilizing Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to transition to FT for our 12-week Boston Summer Internship Program, starting June 1st through August 21st
  • Beginning June 1st you will need to be onsite 3 days per week M-R in a Hybrid schedule 40 hours per week at our Corporate HQ located at 125 Summer Street
