We’ll count on you to maintain records, compile reports, graph, chart and provide leadership for other work team individuals with less technical expertise. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with work groups, project leaders and program managers, you may serve as shift supervisor, functioning as the lead point of contact for that shift. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent experience
  • Department of Defense SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET with Polygraph eligibility is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to apply company and program policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Demonstrates good communication skills in regular interface with customers of the system or network
  • Clear understanding in the technical application of network management systems and corresponding tools
