About The Position

The Technical Support Engineer Intern and Services Associate Intern positions are part of the S3 Academy at NetApp, designed for students to gain hands-on experience in sales, professional services, and technical support. Interns will work closely with various teams to provide technical support, learn about professional services, and assist customers with NetApp products. This 10-12 week summer internship emphasizes personal growth, creativity, and collaboration in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and support personnel.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug NetApp products.
  • Assist in various roles within the professional services organization, including services sales associate, project manager, and support account manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.
  • Learn and apply standard engineering principles and practices.
