About The Position

Responsible for working closely with specific department heads throughout that bank to gain hands-on departmental experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, AI, Fraud, or other bank-related field of interest
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Develop banking knowledge by learning the responsibilities of multiple positions within various departments throughout the company or by learning various tasks conducted within a specific area or department
• Work closely with department heads to gain departmental knowledge
• Gain a solid understanding of functions performed in various departments
• Prepare reports and/or presentations as directed
• Work on special projects as directed
• Participate in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and enhance new business
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed.
