Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leading producer of the world's most powerful jet engines, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our Military Customer Support and Services (MCSS) under Military Engines (ME) Sustainment organization in an internship capacity during the summer of 2026. The individual selected will act as a primary interface with the finance, technical, and program management teams.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, Program Management, Data Analytics.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must have high level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to support operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and results-based production environment.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work well with multi-disciplinary groups.
  • Desire to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Techniques and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work within cross-functional teams in an environment that supports business operations, government customers, and program management.
  • Project Management oversight of the Military Customer Support (MCSS) organizations
  • Support Control Account Managers (CAMs) with monthly review of financial data to ensure validity and alignment with expected outputs.
  • Assist business managers with monthly status inputs to ensure the accuracy and validity of schedule performance and financial estimates.
  • Support weekly Cost and Schedule Performance Status meetings, risk reviews, and integrated baseline reviews, as well as Monthly financial customer meetings.
  • Support process improvement initiatives identified by the Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Assist in creating product team technical presentations and cross organizational communication strategies.
  • Interface with Program budgeting, contracting, proposal, and execution procedures.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports using Excel.
