About The Position

About the Role: This application is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2026. Resume review begins in February 2026. Support enterprise transformation by helping plan and execute change efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement for cross‑functional initiatives. As an Intern in our Strategy and Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise transformation by helping to plan and execute change efforts. Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll engage in activities that drive effective change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement for cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship.
  • Currently pursuing a MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing change strategies and plans
  • Support stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
  • Draft communications, curate training materials, and help coordinate enablement sessions
  • Track and report adoption/readiness KPIs; synthesize insights for executive updates
  • Partner with IT/functional leaders on process and platform rollouts within a highly regulated environment
