Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Interest in project management, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Initiative and curiosity to learn and seek feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Lists, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple key projects focused on scalability, cross-functional communication, or process improvement.
  • Track project milestones, update status reports, and help maintain operational platforms.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Ops KPI), organizing data for reports, and learning Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Gather workflow feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend meetings, and communicate progress to mentors and stakeholders.
