Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of standardized retail processes.
  • Conduct time & motion studies, root cause analyses, and workflow observations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with the rollout of process pilots in select stores, collecting data and feedback to measure impact.
  • Build and maintain process maps, SOPs, and visual aids using tools like Visio or Miro.
  • Analyze operational data to support decision-making using Excel, PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Partner with store teams, field leaders, and cross-functional departments to understand pain points and propose solutions.
  • Support the creation of training materials and communications related to new process implementations.
  • Collaborate on labor planning, retail standards, or customer experience projects to drive continuous improvement.
