About The Position

Join Labcorp’s 2026 Global Internship Program and take the first step toward a meaningful career in healthcare innovation! We’re looking for motivated students to be part of a dynamic 12-week paid internship where you’ll work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience, all while supporting our mission to improve health and improve lives. Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar.
  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
  • Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork.
  • Effective at gathering and analyzing data.
  • Works well in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the critical business practices, resiliency processes and the tools that support them
  • Work with the resiliency team in understanding, developing, enhancing, and testing resiliency plans
  • Discover and support the alignment of business process to resiliency plans
  • Understand the relationship and mapping of resiliency plans to process owners
  • Review user surveys for opportunities to improve program training requirements
  • Utilize approved AI tools wherever possible to promote efficiencies in process
