Job Description As a Gilead intern you will contribute to high-impact meaningful projects that will not only further advance our company’s mission but will allow you to gain real world experience at one of the most innovative organizations in the world. Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Position supports the Analysis of Development and Commercial project actual and forecast data improving overall predictive modeling, reporting and cross-functional collaboration. Position requires skills in analyzing large set of data and willingness to reach out to a large set of stakeholders to advance Projects Analysis work in Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing Department. Analyze actual hours spend against planned for the Development Projects: Review historic data and portfolio reports to refine predictive modeling and map actuals to project stages. Coordinate and Participate in Cross-Functional Projects Reviews: Engage with sub-functions and project leads to cover resource roles for each pre-defined project template and make necessary changes to the template for future use Develop Analysis Models for Forecasted Demand: Create models using actual project hours, including potential Monte-Carlo simulations and baseline product comparisons. Establish Assessment Criteria for Commercial Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to define criteria for commercial vs. clinical designation and ensure accurate program mapping against the pre-defined templates. Support Portfolio Analysis and Dashboard Development: Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards for ongoing development and commercial portfolio analysis. Present your work: Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship
