About The Position

Assigned various assignments related to quality requirements and standards for the Quality Assurance Department.

Requirements

  • Proficient using Word, Excel and Minitab software.
  • Understanding of drawings and GD&T Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
  • Knowledge of inspection tools: micrometers, calipers, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to understand the principles of statistics.
  • Ability to understand mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
  • Ability to understand mathematical fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry.
  • Enrolled in Community College, or University.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating process documentation or work instructions (process flow charts, workflows, etc.).
  • Perform statistical analysis of processes using Minitab.
  • Support problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement activities.
  • Implement inspection plans for quality assurance.
  • Develop visual acceptance standards for products.
  • Perform simple mechanical tasks.
  • Operate test equipment for QC and organize test data.
  • Write inspection programs for inspection equipment, Keyence or RAM Optical.
  • Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
  • Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond Inc. policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
  • Other duties as assigned.
