About The Position

This position involves assisting senior engineers in the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, or utilities. The role requires the use of software tools like AutoCAD or Civil 3D for drafting design plans, blueprints, and 3D models. The employee will conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on track. Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, and crawl.
• Ability to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, or utilities.
• Use software tools like AutoCAD or Civil 3D to assist in drafting design plans, blueprints, and 3D models for various engineering projects.
• Assist with site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being built according to design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Help prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain records of project developments and modifications.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams, including construction managers and project managers, to ensure projects are on track and meet deadlines.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to learn about the latest trends in civil engineering and construction management.
