About The Position

Requirements

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Interest and career goals to manage and deliver multiple projects in a professional setting.
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with current or new IT infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to strategic communications efforts, including the development of a promotional video and production of a quarterly departmental newsletter.
• Support meeting coordination and facilitation.
• Engage in professional development workshops to enhance business acumen and professional presence.
