The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years expertise in a Project Management role
• Ability to support many projects and Project Managers simultaneously
• Experience with Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Word
• Strong relevant technical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt recording of project correspondence on Project SharePoint sites and tracking logs for correspondence to/from clients and to/from subcontractors
• Ensure prompt releases of submittals to the client following release from the project team
• Preparation of customer monthly progress reports through data maintained by the Associate Project Support, as well as data provided by the Project team and PM
• Support preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Project Review presentations in PowerPoint by the PM
• Preparation of Project Progress Payment documentation and invoicing to the Project client
• Support preparation of Variation Orders for the Projects
• Contribute to the maintenance of the Project Management Plan
• Support the Project Manager for any other specific task as appropriate
