About The Position

The Enterprise Talent Acquisition team is looking for someone who has a passion for Early Career recruitment as well as the experience to lead a business area in the development and execution of the Enterprise Intern/Co-op Program. The Intern Program Lead will collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and talent acquisition stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic plan that attracts, retains, and converts top student talent into full-time employees, focusing on engagement and candidate experience to strengthen our intern pipelines.

Requirements

  • Talent Acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience navigating recruiting process & execution within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of core work hours to support intern program events
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to support enterprise talent acquisition meetings and initiatives which could include intern program support, recruiting events, and campus engagements

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Early Career Talent Acquisition experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with experience in communicating with executives and functional leaders
  • Experience in managing intern programs or early career talent acquisition initiatives
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition principles, practices, and technologies
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SmartSheet, Tableau dashboards, Canva, and People Analytics Suite
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading projects

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as a team leveraging data-driven insights to develop and lead intern programming, creating and delivering engaging content for incoming intern and co-op cohorts across the enterprise
  • Lead the execution of the Enterprise Intern Program within the assigned Business Area in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Execute the OneLM enterprise keep-warm strategy for your assigned Business Area to ensure consistent and frequent communications and engagements are offered to new hires from Offer Accept to onboarding and beyond
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, providing necessary training, out briefs, and communications
  • Support OneLM programs which could include the Lockheed Martin Intern Academy (LMIA), Cyber & Code Quest events, etc.
