We’re building the next version of an ad platform that’s AI-native, workflow-driven, and actually useful. That means we need product thinkers who can blend business instinct, technical fluency, and AI experimentation. This internship is not about shadowing. It’s about owning real problems. You’ll work directly with product leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams on high-impact initiatives tied to our 2026 pillars: Ad tech agentic workflows Creative intelligence and performance science Scalable infrastructure and automation The summer internship program runs for 10 weeks from June 3 to August 9. All internship positions are paid. This will be a full-time internship with up to 40 hours a week from Monday through Friday with the expectation of 4x in the office.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, CS, Engineering, Data, Design, or related field)
  • Strong analytical thinking and business intuition
  • Comfortable reading technical documentation and discussing APIs, data flows, and system constraints
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, coding copilots, agent frameworks, etc.)
  • Experience building something: app, model, automation, startup project, hackathon prototype, etc.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • You ask “why” before you ask “how”
  • You don’t wait for instructions
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity
  • You think in terms of impact, not tasks
  • You can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution
  • You care about outcomes, not optics

Nice To Haves

  • You’ve shipped something users actually used
  • You’ve built automations with Python, SQL, or no-code tools
  • You’ve experimented with LLM prompting, fine-tuning, or agent workflows
  • You understand digital advertising, marketplaces, or platform economics
  • You can turn messy problems into structured thinking quickly

Responsibilities

  • AI Workflow Acceleration: Audit a current internal workflow (RFP response, campaign setup, reporting, etc.), Identify friction + automation opportunities, Prototype an AI-powered solution using modern tooling (LLMs, agents, internal APIs), Validate with 5–10 users, Ship a v1 or structured recommendation
  • Creative Performance Intelligence: Analyze performance data to identify patterns across formats or verticals, Build a lightweight scoring or insight framework, Partner with engineering to test a surfaced insight inside the platform
  • Platform Simplification: Map an existing user journey across systems, Identify redundant steps or system fragmentation, Propose and validate a simplified, unified experience, Create PRD + clickable prototype
  • Internal Tooling / Automation: Identify one repetitive manual process, Quantify time wasted, Build or prototype an automation (using AI or scripting), Measure time saved
  • Write product briefs and PRDs and workable prototypes
  • Define success metrics
  • Partner with engineers
  • Present progress to leadership
  • Ship something tangible by the end of the summer
