In office Monday – Friday Join Our Team: Join Home Depot Canada’s Procurement and play a key supporting role in transforming indirect procurement through data-driven decision-making and AI-powered analytics. You’ll collaborate with sourcing managers and operational leadership teams on strategic projects impacting $1.2BN in indirect spend, helping identify cost savings, improve supplier performance, and streamline operational processes. Job Summary: This internship offers hands-on exposure to advanced tools and real-world business challenges, while providing opportunities to interact with senior leadership and work cross-functionally with teams across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Legal. You’ll gain a deep understanding of end-to-end sourcing workflows and learn how AI is shaping the future of procurement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in AI, data visualization, and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • The successful student will be currently enrolled in a Canadian accredited university or college throughout the period of the Internship/Co-op program.
  • In addition, you must be legally entitled to work in Canada by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid study/work permit.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supplier performance and spend trends
  • Build dashboards and predictive models using tools like Keelvar, Coupa, Excel, and Google BigQuery
  • Support category strategy development and streamline operational processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to stakeholders
