About The Position

Flint Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Photo & Video Production Flintern to join our Content Team for Summer 2026. You’ll gain hands-on production experience, collaborate with experienced creatives, and work alongside fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit; from kickoff to final delivery. Program Details Dates: May 19 – August 13, 2026 Schedule: Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week; average 30 hours/week) Compensation: $17.00/hour Location: In-office, Fargo, ND What You’ll Do Assist with photo and video shoots (on-location and in-studio) Edit photos, videos, and podcasts for client and internal projects Support project management and organize digital assets Collaborate with the content team to bring creative concepts to life You won’t just watch production happen; you’ll help create it.
