Flint Group is looking for a curious, C reative Writing Flintern to join our C opy Team for Summer 2026 . You’ll collaborate with experienced copywriters, contribute to real client work, and team up with fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit ; from strategy to final deliverables. Requirements
- A college student entering junior or senior year by Fall 2026
- Pursuing a degree in creative writing, journalism, marketing, advertising or a related field
- Passionate about visual storytelling and thoughtful execution
- Curious about the industry and eager to grow your skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- A proactive problem solver and self-starter
- Strong communicator who works well independently and in a team environment
- Interested in learning how great writing supports overall client success
Responsibilities
- Write clear, compelling copy for marketing, advert ising, and brand materials
- Collaborate with writers and creative specialists on client campaigns
- Brainstorm concepts and help bring ideas to life across channels
- Contribute to the full creative process — from idea generation to execution
