We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Philips People Services Intern to join our People Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management. You’ll work closely with our People Operations professionals to support initiatives that enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience. Your role: Support HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, GlobalView). Help monitor and manage HR queues for timely resolution of employee requests. Support compliance and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate on projects related to HR systems, process improvements, and reporting. Help maintain and update HR templates and internal resources. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational workflows.
