We are seeking technically strong, analytically curious individuals to join us for a 12-week summer internship within our Human Resources department. The intern will help modernize and automate our HR data infrastructure. This is not a traditional HR internship. The selected candidate will work directly with the SVP of Human Resources to build the foundational analytics and reporting systems that support executive decision-making, workforce planning, and organizational strategy. The primary focus of this internship is to transform raw HR and recruiting data into clean, structured datasets and executive-ready dashboards using modern analytics and AI tools. This internship is designed to build esVolta’s first fully integrated, executive-ready HR analytics infrastructure. By the end of the internship, the selected candidate will have: Built an automated data ingestion process from Insperity (PEO) and JazzHR (ATS) Developed a structured HR master dataset Designed and launched an executive-ready Workforce Intelligence Dashboard Created documentation to support ongoing automation and scalability
