In this role, you will apply leading-edge data and social science research methods to deliver insights that drive innovative HR practices and support improved employee voice and agency. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of meaningful analytical projects that will not only provide you with the platform for demonstrating your analytical, statistical and communication capabilities, but will help you to grow them. In this role you will work with fellow “learn-it-all” analysts and data scientists who are passionate about their work, and eager to engage in brainstorming sessions and other forms of close collaboration. You will engage with clients and partners in our HR line units, business groups, and centers of excellence, who are doing industry-leading work across the HR function.
