We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the People & Culture Department. During this internship the intern will: Learn the process of identifying profiles for candidate pool. Learn how to screen candidates. Learn from the different specialties within the team: Talent Acquisition, Project Management, HRIS, Benefits, etc. Assisting in different projects. Learn the use of WD on various modules. Develop communication skills and will shadow in interviews of all areas. Participate in meetings with all the areas to learn about BSI structure and platform. Continue to develop strong Excel and Data analytic skills while working in reconciliation of data and presenting valuable information for decision making.
