Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Intern, North America Marketing Operations role will make an impact: As a Intern, North America Marketing Operations, you will gain experience in: Event operations and trade show logistics. Vendor and print production coordination. Inventory management systems. Budget tracking and operational reporting. Marketing asset lifecycle management Cross-functional collaboration with brand marketing, digital, field sales and training.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Marketing or Business Administration degree program (i.e., or a related field of study).
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Operations process initiatives for Viatris’ print production/fulfillment operations and assist with vendor account management.
  • Pre-launch readiness support in maintaining timelines, checklists and project trackers for product launches.
  • Assist in planning and execution of regional convention and speaker program operations for North America.
  • Prepare, analyze and deliver reports to commercial business partners on the status of Viatris promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and track industry benchmarking program for marketing stakeholders.
  • Support Marketing Operations initiatives with special projects and enhancement programs as assigned.
