Program Overview The Arrcus Summer Internship Program is designed for curious, driven students who want to work on real-world problems alongside experienced engineers and industry leaders. This is not a “shadow and observe” internship. Interns at Arrcus contribute directly to meaningful projects that impact our products, customers, and business.
Requirements
- Students pursuing MS in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- College level coursework: Data structures, Algorithms, Operating System
- College level coursework: Computer Networks, Network Routing & Switching Protocols, Network Infrastructure
- Strong Proficiency in C
- Interested in networking, systems and cloud technologies
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Work with customer and product teams to understand new requirements
- Write Feature Spec covering the requirements and detailed design
- Plan, schedule, track, and periodically report the project status all the way to customer delivery
- Be part of a team that implements the complete solution
- Improve performance/scale of existing features/solutions
- Evaluate, Integrate third-party librariesPeer review of Feature Spec, Code, Test Plan and other engineering documents
- Triage, resolve internal and customer found issues
