About The Position

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacology Summer Intern to support ongoing clinical development programs. The intern will work closely with clinical pharmacologists, pharmacometricians and cross functional members to contribute to PK/PD to inform dose selection and clinical strategy. The interns will have opportunities to assist in the analysis and interpretation of clinical PK/PD data, support noncompartmental and /or model-based analyses, contribute to study protocol, clinical study report and internal presentations, and attend team meetings/scientific discussions related to drug development.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a PharmD or PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Clinical Pharmacology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of PK/PD principles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: R, WinNonlin or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior coursework or experience in PK/PD modeling.
  • Exposure to clinical research or pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
