About The Position

JEA is now accepting applications for our paid 2026 Internship Program! This program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world, hands-on multimedia experience while working alongside industry professionals. Interns will develop essential skills in leadership, professional communication, and presentation, all while building a strong professional network. Multimedia Internship As a Multimedia Intern at JEA, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of how social media supports and enhances organizational communication, branding, and engagement. Interns will work on meaningful projects across key areas such as social media projects with focus on copywriting, video production, graphic design, photography, and digital storytelling. This hands-on experience will help bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, giving you the opportunity to create impactful content that connects with diverse audiences in a dynamic professional environment.

Requirements

• Be a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enrolled in one of the following preferred bachelor's degree programs: Social Media
• Marketing/Advertising
• Journalism (with a focus on media)
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
• A copy of your official transcripts must be submitted with your application to verify GPA eligibility.
• Be available to work 32 hours per week during the internship period.
