Calling All Visual Storytellers! Are you a creative powerhouse with a lens for detail and a passion for digital media? The Arlington Heights Park District Multimedia Marketing Internship is your chance to turn your creativity into a professional portfolio! In this role, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll be the lead "creator," capturing the energy of our community and transforming it into compelling visual narratives. From behind the camera to the editing suite, you’ll work with a dynamic team to bring the AHPD brand to life across all digital screens.

Responsibilities

Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-energy short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) and long-form promotional features.
Action Photography: Capture high-quality images of park events, programs, and facilities for use in our seasonal guides and digital ads.
Event Media Coverage: Manage "on-the-ground" digital coverage for major summer events and programs.
Digital Asset Management: Organize and curate our media library to ensure our best visual stories are easy to find and use.
Trend Analysis: Research emerging multimedia trends and equipment to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Storyboarding: Brainstorm and develop visual concepts for upcoming agency-wide promotions.
