MARSHALLTOWN is recruiting Mechanical Engineering Interns for Spring & Summer 2026 in our Fayetteville, Arkansas office location. You will work in a fast-paced, fun and rewarding environment with people who will appreciate your contribution. You will gain hands-on mechanical engineering experience testing and developing new products and improving products for our customers.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong analytical skills and computer skills, including AutoDesk Inventor and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Passion and creativity
Must possess an eye for detail in all work
An interest or experience in the product development
An interest or experience in the construction field and manufacturing

Responsibilities

Test, design, and prototype new products
Work with current products to recommend improvements or enhancements
Work with Production on product design to simplify manufacturing
Involvement in product development objectives throughout various stages of the life cycle
Developing in-house testing procedures
Data collection and analysis
