About The Position

Have a high level of detail, good documentation practices, ability to follow procedures as written. These areas may include, but are not limited to Shipping and Receiving, GMP Raw Materials, and Inventory Control. Work Model: Core Lab & Ops: This role typically requires that the majority of the work be conducted on-site.

Requirements

Capability to operate forklift and other powered equipment.
Ability to use a computer and knowledge of some Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Participating in a relevant degree program (biotechnology, STEM major) or recently completed a biotechnology training program.
This internship is a full-time (40 hours per week) and reporting on site, 5 days a week to 170 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA and will start in January 2026 and end on December 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

Performing daily GMP material receipts according to SOPs/WI and Materials Specifications.
Prepare and ship various temperature-controlled shipments.
Perform material picking, kitting and transfer into production utilizing aseptic techniques.
Execute Warehouse inventory transactions within the company ERP system.
Ability to safely operate all motorized equipment including forklift trucks, electric pallet jacks, lifts, and company vehicles.
Always use PPE, when necessary, ensure proper safety practices are in use, and identify any safety risks.
