Department The Marketing team plays a key role in shaping and promoting PBR’s brand across all platforms and audiences. The team is responsible for developing and executing strategies that build brand awareness, engage fans, and support business growth. Marketing works closely with teams across the organization, including Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Live Events, PR, and Digital, to ensure PBR’s brand is consistently represented and aligned with the company’s goals. Through storytelling, campaigns, and event promotion, the team helps connect PBR’s vision and future growth to both consumer and industry audiences. Program Details We offer internship opportunities across IMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), TKO Corporate, UFC, and WWE. Locations include New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted. In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location. Recruitment Process Our process consists of four steps. 1. Tell us your story. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members. 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating marketing efforts nationwide, including support for major PBR tours and events.
  • Complete detailed research on cities to support promotional activities and event planning.
  • Help create, prepare, and distribute marketing collateral and materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify local activities and cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
