About The Position

As the Intern - Marketing, LATAM, you will work cross-functionally to support the regional marketing team in optimizing process efficiency, asset organization, and project management. You will be part of a critical expansion of the brand into new markets and support key account planning. Reporting to the Head of LATAM Marketing on the Marketing team, you will support the LATAM region by driving operational excellence and ensuring our brand stories resonate across every touchpoint. This 12-week program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a high-growth environment where your holistic development and contribution to our human-centric culture are prioritized. This position is based out of our Portland, Oregon office for a hybrid office environment.

Requirements

  • You bring 1+ years of combined academic and professional experience in marketing, business administration, design management, or a related functional field within a premium consumer-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute tasks that contribute to team success while maintaining a high standard of precision and organizational excellence
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital channels, specifically possessing a high level of savvy in social media management and content optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and tackling unfamiliar challenges in a dynamic, matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with a working understanding of project management tools such as Asana to optimize workflow
  • Fluent in Spanish with the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication and adapt messaging for diverse audiences within the LATAM region

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency by contributing to the development and implementation of streamlined processes for marketing implementation, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Enhance content and asset management by organizing and maintaining marketing collateral, digital assets, social media content, and event materials to ensure easy access and consistent brand messaging
  • Support campaign execution and analysis by assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms and contributing to post-campaign reports
  • Facilitate project management and communication by maintaining accurate and up-to-date campaign information within Asana to ensure alignment across global stakeholders
  • Contribute to social media strategy and optimization through content auditing, ideation, and reporting to enhance engagement and reach within the LATAM market
  • Support the development of launch readiness materials and regional event preparations, such as On SquadRace, to deliver premium experiences to our community
  • Partner cross-functionally with regional and global teams to bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution
  • Leverage data-informed insights to support marketing management and identify opportunities for process improvement within the regional marketing ecosystem
