About The Position

Entry Specialist within the Intern (Technical) job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision. Entry Specialist (Hourly)

Requirements

  • working towards a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education (course of study in operations excellent or similar focus preferred).
  • Willingness to function as a member of the operations team and actively participate in improvement events in a production environment for days at a time.
  • Capable of executing work according to trained processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and requirements.
  • Familiarity with video editing software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills and research competency.
  • Ability to influence and communicate respectively and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (including Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • Positive, can-do attitude with good judgment in executing tasks assigned.
