Requirements

Current student pursuing Juris Doctor
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for learning and a strong interest in supporting Intrado’s mission.
Ability to go into our office in Longmont on a hybrid schedule is preferred

Responsibilities

Research and writing to prepare FCC filings (e.g., comments, replies, ex parte memoranda, request for declaratory ruling)
Collaborate with technology and engineering staff to incorporate technical content
Review legislation for impact on 9-1-1 availability and reliability, public safety, cybersecurity, U.S. transition to Next Generation 9-1-1
Attend meetings with FCC staff, Congressional staff, and industry associations on public safety communications issues
Research and writing on state law topics that impact the delivery and routing of calls to 9-1-1
Written and oral presentations to Intrado leadership, customers, and government officials on the above
Take ownership of your project from start to finish, culminating in a presentation to our executive team on your experiences and accomplishments.
Seek out the chance to learn from our incredible team members.
Create connections and relationships with fellow interns and Intrado team members throughout your project and during our social and volunteer opportunities.
Take a deep dive into our business operations with enthusiasm and curiosity.
